After you complete the registration form completely and send it to fiapcongress2024@gmail.com. We will send you a confirmation email with bank details for payment.

Please note that, registration Fee is 1450.00 Euro for single occupancy and 1250.00 Euro for double occupancy per person from Jaipur to Delhi. The registration includes your delegate kit, all meals, rooms with 5 star facility, all travel and entrance to all the designated monuments and 3 gala dinners. Doesn’t include alcoholic beverages except on 3 gala nights and your personal laundry and medical expenses. Early bird discount of 5% ends on 15th of May 2024, Group discount (Minimum 10 pax) of 5% ends on 31st of May 2024.

Cancellation and refund will be 95% before 1st August 2024 ( 5% will be deducted for officcial expenses), 70% before 1st September( i.e, 30% deduction), 50% before 1st October 2024 (i.e, 50% deduction), 25% before 20th October 2024 (i.e, 75% deduction) and no refund beyond 20th October 2024.

By submitting to the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) and Federation of Indian Photography (FIP) my personal data and/or the data of my children (child’s name) (as parent or official legal guardian of them) for registration to the 36th FIAP WORLD CONGRESS – INDIA, I agree that FIAP/FIP may use the information in this form, to review and respond to my registration. It may also process these data for any purpose needed and related to the realization of the above Congress. By registering to the 36th FIAP WORLD CONGRESS – INDIA I consent to the publication of any pictures or videos representing me or my children (child’s name) (as parent or official legal guardian of them), eventually with the names of mine and/or of my children during the the 36th FIAP WORLD CONGRESS – INDIA and I hereby grant permission to FIAP for publishing any of these pictures or videos for non-commercial, educational, promotional or reporting purposes without any compensation, remuneration, royalties or any other payment to me or my children, including but not limited on FIAP’s/FIP’s websites, newsletters, social media and other electronic or printed promotional materials. When giving my permission I am aware that any information published on the internet is accessible to millions of users from all over the world, that it will be indexed by search engines and that it may be copied and used by any web user. This means that once the names of mine and/or of my children and/or any photographs that my children and I may be represented are published on the Internet, FIAP/FIP have no more control over their subsequent use and disclosure.
