COVID - 19 related notification
Dear FIP /FIAP Salon organisers and FIP members :- It seems the dreadful
Covid 2019 has well and truly arrived in our country. Though the various
Government agencies are doing all which is possible, it is our solemn duty to
cooperate and strengthen the efforts initiated by the Government. !n the
light of the Government directions we at FIP have taken few steps such as
1. All FIP workshops, meetings and outings are suspended till further notice
2. Znd FIPiFIAP print Circuit (Closing date 4th April, 20201calendar will be
re notified after two weeks
3. 4th FIP Nationa! Digital Circuit (FlP/51 -52-53/2020) closing date 31st May.
No rescheduling at this stage.
4. 2ndFlP VF Digital lnternational Salon (FlP/00112020, FIAP 20201255, PSA
2020/224) remains unchanged at least for the time being
5. All FIP/FIAP Salon organisers who wish to reschedule their Calendars or
change from Off Iine to Online judging have to send me a
E Mail (barunks@hotmail.com) with
a. New proposed Calendar
b. Jury panel detail. Some jury members are under investigation following
their alleged anti FIP activity recently. Their names will not be approved
c. Consent from Web master that the link for the online judging will be only
available for 12 hrs during which the preliminary round as well as Award
round must be over and a mail must be sent to me that the judging is
over and complete.
d. Notification must be sent to all the entrants on their respective E mails
It is worth reminding that from April 202Q al! FIP approved salons must have
uniform digital file size for the images ( 1920 x 1080 at 300 dpi ) without
any exceptions whatsoever.
FIP wishes all its members to have a steely resolve to fight the CORONA.
